The problem with plywood facing

System formwork frames are built to last for years. The plywood facing inside them isn't. After enough pours, phenolic and formply faces get worn, scratched and patched. Edges soak up water, tie holes fray and the surface starts marking the concrete. Then you're re-plying panels again, paying for new sheets, labour and downtime over and over.

Replacing the facing with plastic means you deal with that cycle a lot less often.

How it works

1. Send us your details

Tell us the formwork brand and system, then send your panel sizes or drawings, plus the thickness and quantity you need.

2. We CNC cut to suit

Your sheets are CNC cut to your sizes or drawings, in thicknesses from 10 to 40 mm, with a smooth or anti-slip finish.

3. You refit

Take out the worn facing and fit the new plastic sheets into your existing frames.

Which formwork brands can you cut sheets to suit?

Our sheets can be customised to suit all formwork brands. We cut to suit systems from PERI, Doka, ULMA, MEVA, Hünnebeck and others. Tell us your brand, system and panel sizes or drawings and we'll quote to suit.

Do I need to send drawings?

Drawings are best, but a list of panel sizes with tie-hole and cut-out positions works too. If you're not sure, send what you have and we'll work through it with you.
